Return & Refund Policy

At Hairvessa™, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories. You will also need your order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Address

Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team after your return request has been approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at uzkaracommerce@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review the case and help you with a return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, altered, or returned without the original packaging and accessories.

We also cannot accept returns for gift cards or items marked as final sale, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Hairvessa™ offers a 30-day return period, which gives you more time than the standard EU withdrawal period. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request is approved. Unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
