To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and proof of purchase.

8. European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Hairvessa™ provides a 30-day return period, which gives customers more time than the standard EU withdrawal period.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and proof of purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
